We distinguish 4 major steps in Damaris RM’s selling:
- Step 1: Understand client’s needs
- Here, you have to analyze which “Workflow” is best fitting his needs
- Please be careful to start only with one process at a time. Because, if client wants to start several projects together, he has to convince to much people, to provide bigger budget, to spend more time for tests, etc.
- Step 2: Present a Proof Of Delivery (POC)
- Damaris RM is a software. All future buyer needs to be comfortable with what he buys. So, he or she needs to see or even use the product. Don’t hesitate to ask customer to provide some documents. He will be more confident by seeing his own documents in Damaris RM
- Step 3: Quotation
- Create a quotation and negociate
